Welcome to KSHMEER.in. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the KSHMEER website, including browsing, purchasing products, creating an account and using any services provided through the Website.

KSHMEER operates from Rupnagar, Guwahati, Assam, India.

KSHMEER is an online platform through which customers may browse and purchase products offered on KSHMEER.in.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded using an appropriate payment method.

14. Artwork and Artist Rights
Where KSHMEER displays or sells original artwork, prints, photographs, sculptures or other creative works, the purchase of a physical artwork or product does not automatically transfer copyright or other intellectual-property rights in the underlying artwork to the purchaser.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, copyright and other intellectual-property rights remain with the relevant artist or rights holder.
Purchasing a physical artwork generally gives the purchaser ownership of the physical item only, subject to any separate written agreement.
